Best VPN for Porn

0 99

Want privacy? Your pr0n getting blocked by your stupid service provider? Is your VPN too slow? Then it’s time to introduce AirVPN, probably the best VPN for porn. Ever.

Why NOT AirVPN

Why? Because it’s not free.

In fact, it’s a wee bit more expensive than the other popular VPNs you see around being advertised so often, because they charge in Euros instead of the US Dollar. They also accept cryptocurrencies, if that’s your jam.

But, let’s be honest here. The free VPNs are rubbish. There are reasons why these VPNs are free. These things cost money… why would they provide free VPN? At best, they want you to try out their services. Usually, they want your data for adverts (notice that some VPNs would change the ad section in google search results?). Not to mention, they are notoriously slow anyway.

Another why; For mobile at least, you can’t just download an app and press a button to connect. It’s not terribly difficult, but it takes a few more steps after downloading the OpenVPN app to set it up. There are also no browser plugins (from what I understand, it’s not safe anyway).

Why AirVPN is the Best VPN for Porn

If the price and the lack of a big easy big ‘press me’ button in a app are not deal-breakers for you, then you’d be in for a treat.

Why I like AirVPN? The 3 S: Speed, Stability, and Secure.

Speedy

The main thing about AirVPN that stands out for me… is its speed.

Obviously free VPNs are rubbish. I paid for a few ‘big name’ VPNs before (like Nord. Jesus they are everywhere). I never really liked them because they’re slow. It sucks especially for video and gif heavy sites.

I was reading up on AirVPN and apparently, users are reporting good torrent performance. Torrents are bandwidth hogs, so in my mind, if it works great for torrents, it should be good for everything else.

And you know what? It’s true. Even choosing obscure servers from middle Asia and Europe is fast. I’m downloading and torrenting at megabYtes per second speeds. Perfect for streaming and downloading high quality pr0n eh?

Of course, it is good for normal use too. It’s so good, I don’t bother disconnecting anymore (you browser VPN users know what I’m talking about).

Stable

Stability is another issue with VPNs. As usual, free VPNs are rubbish at this. I found the need to constantly disconnect/reconnect to maintain a decent connection annoying. Even paid VPNs don’t do much better. You get stretches of stability, but for the most part, I find it bad enough that I’d just switch them off if I’m doing normal internet stuff.

With AirVPN, it is so stable, I just leave it on. Only once did Eddie (the windows software) automatically switch to a server from another part of the world. For the most part, I have never needed to disconnect/reconnect or switch to another server because it was slowing down or becoming unstable.

You know what’s funny? Apparently, it is so fast and stable, I didn’t even know Eddie switched servers.

Secure, Private

You know. Despite VPN companies screaming about security… they haven’t really been secure. In fact, some have been caught logging customer data in leaks. (Especially avoid any Hong Kong based VPNs. They were already iffy before HK was returned to China, so I can only imagine how much worse off they are now. They were also involved in a recent leak. Their customer service is terrible anyway.)

For AirVPN so far, even though they are older than most well known VPN companies, there hasn’t even been any whiff of a leak.

They market themselves as being run and managed by hacktivists and activists for net neutrality. I mean, I have no idea how I’m going to verify that, but fact that they support many projects that help activists and promote net neutrality, shows they walk the talk. Heck, apparently they help run a good portion of Tor’s exit relays.

When they say they don’t keep logs, I’d take their word for it.

For you and me, what matters are secure encryption and technologies that keep you safe.

OpenVPN over SSH, SSL or Tor. 4096 bit RSA keys size, AES-256-GCM Data Channel, HMAC SHA384 Control Channel encryption. Diffie-Hellman key exchange that updates every 60 minutes.

These are some of the most secure high level encryption technologies out there, and they’re at work for you when you use AirVPN.

The Best VPN for Porn

To me, speed and stability are paramount, and having paid for a few VPNs over the years, nothing has come close to AirVPN on those 2 counts, and they are definitely well worth the extra cost. I definitely think this is the best VPN for porn.

Don’t take my word for it. Create a free account and try it out for 3 days (send them a message from the client area). I did and it was so good I got a 3 year paid plan after the 2nd day.
